2019-2020 Officers and Staff

Officers are the adult staff of the squadron. They are responsible for supervision on all cadet activities, squadron logistics and supply, all the paperwork involved in running the squadron, and much more. The officer group is made up of members of the Canadian Armed Forces - Cadet Instructors Cadre (CIC), Civilian Instructors (CIs) and other adult volunteers. Officers and Adult Staff are all respectful members of the community and hold regular civilian jobs or are in post-secondary education while involved with the squadron.

2018-2019 Staff Cadets

The staff cadets in 150 Squadron are senior cadets who hold leadership and instructional positions. After a cadet has been active in the squadron for at least 2 years and shows good drill, dress, deportment, and leadership ability, he or she may be promoted to the rank of Flight Corporal.  At this point, the new NCO has the authority to command others, teach classes, be a team commander and may have many other responsibilities.  The actions and attitude of an NCO are very important, and so the chain of command keeps checks to ensure each NCO is supervised and responsible to a superior cadet or officer.
